Terms of Service

Naxian Social Adventure operates social events and related experiences across Kenya. Contact: nakurusocialclub@gmail.com, phone 0716 585 596.

You must provide accurate details (name, email, phone). You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or ban accounts that breach these Terms, abuse payments, or attempt to circumvent Lipa Mdogo Mdogo deadlines.

A purchase creates a booking or ticket record linked to your account. Entry or fulfilment depends on the published event or product rules, valid payment status, and any venue requirements. Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed through our payment partners. You authorise us to collect the amounts shown at checkout. A payment is complete only when our systems record it as paid. Failed, cancelled or timed-out payment requests are not successful payments.

Lipa Mdogo Mdogo lets you pay a deposit (typically about 30%) and clear the balance in instalments before the event or booking deadline. Your ticket or booking stays pending until the full balance is paid.

If you do not clear the outstanding balance by the deadline:

• Any money you have already paid is not refundable.
• Paid amounts are not transferable or forwarded to another event, person, date or product.
• The unpaid booking or ticket may be cancelled without further obligation on NSC to seat or host you.

If after missing a deadline you try to purchase or start another Lipa plan again, we may permanently ban your account from further tickets, bookings and Lipa plans.

Closing reminders (email or other channels) may be sent as a courtesy when an event is near. Reminders are not guaranteed; the deadline still applies even if you did not receive a reminder.

Except where required by law, deposits and instalments paid under Lipa Mdogo Mdogo after a missed deadline are forfeited as set out above. Other refund requests are assessed case by case for cancelled events or published NSC errors. Chargebacks or payment disputes opened in bad faith may lead to account bans.

You agree not to harass staff or members, resell tickets against venue rules, misuse payment flows, or attempt to bypass security or bans. Venue house rules apply in addition to these Terms.

We may update these Terms. Material changes to Lipa, payment or ban rules will be reflected by a new Terms version; continued use after login may require you to accept the updated Terms.
